Owned by the City of Santa Rosa and managed by LandPaths

A unique collaboration between Santa Rosa Recreation & Parks and LandPaths, Bayer Farm is a 6-acre urban farm & city park in the heart of the Roseland neighborhood, one mile from Downtown Santa Rosa, with old barns, community gardens, and other agricultural aspects that are a joyful relief from the urban environment!

Sit beneath the walnut tree as the kids explore the garden or ride their bikes. Stroll on the walking paths and pause to admire the uninterrupted view of Taylor Mountain. Visit the goats or admire the gardens, ever-changing with the seasons.  You can even lend a hand in the garden during our Community Volunteer Hours and take home fresh produce!

During the Open Garden Days, and public workdays, you can help the garden by pitching in on our projects! Children are welcome to volunteer also, or play in the natural play areas.  Bikes, kites, and ball-playing are welcome. There is a walking path as well as a few picnic tables.
