Explore property: Taylor Mountain Open Space Preserve
Hike, bike or horseback ride at the 1,000 + acre Taylor Mountain Regional Park & Open Space Preserve in Santa Rosa. Permits are issued after a one-hour orientation on the property. Application forms will be provided at the orientation.
LandPaths is partnering with the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District and Regional Parks to provide interim permitted access for Taylor Mountain while the master plan is being developed for this property. Once you complete this short orientation, you will be issued a permit that will allow you to hike, bike and horseback ride on a portion of the property.
The orientation will involve sitting or standing while LandPaths staff goes over the details of the program. You are welcome to bring something to sit on if that will make you more comfortable. Join us for an optional hiking tour of the property following the orientation! Please note that dogs are not allowed at Taylor Mountain as part of the interim permitted access program. Thanks for your cooperation.
