





Taylor Mountain Permit Program Update -
Your permit for Taylor Mountain is being automatically renewed for 2012. You will not receive a new personal day-use or parking permit. Please continue to use your red 2011 permits. The key card you received at your orientation will continue to open the gate on Kawana Terrace.

More Permits available January 2012!
The Taylor Mountain Permit Program has been very popular since the first public orientation held in January 2010. To date, LandPaths has permitted almost 2500 people to hike, bike and ride their horse on the beautiful Taylor Mountain Open Space Preserve.
The Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District has received approval to make 500 additional permits available. LandPaths has scheduled our first orientation in 2012 for January 14! We will be scheduling at least one orientation per month until all 500 permits are gone.
Seasonal Trail Closures are now in effect - Trails Map Mapa de SenderosHike, bike or horseback ride on this beautiful 1000+ acre future park at the doorstep of Santa Rosa. LandPaths, the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District, and Sonoma County Regional Parks are offering a Permit Program at Taylor Mountain in Santa Rosa. Free permits are issued after attending a 1-hour orientation on the property.

Eastern Route (to top of property) is CLOSED to cyclists and equestrians. It is OPEN to hikers.
Western Route & Pedestrian Connector are Closed to cyclists, equestrians and hikers.
