Riddell Preserve

Nestled in the rugged hills just a few miles west of downtown Healdsburg is a rare treasure. A spectacular 400 acre property-a mile and a half long by half a mile wide-LandPaths' Riddell Preserve encompasses diverse flora, high quality wildlife habitat and headwater land interspersed with perennial springs and stream channels.

Not merely breathtakingly beautiful, the land is wild and natural. Owned by the Riddell family for nearly forty years, relatively untouched by human interference, nurturing remarkable stands of mature and regenerating oak and madrone woodland, with islands of second-growth redwood emerging from the hardwood canopy, and vigorous stands of native bunch grass, these valleys and hills deserve protection.
