Sheridan Rapolla

Sheridan Rapolla (she/her/hers) joined LandPaths in May 2012. She developed a   passion for nonprofit work through her previous 19 year stint at another local nonprofit, where she served as General Manager for many years. 

She spent her childhood and early adult life working in the Bay Area. She discovered the beauty of Sonoma County while spending a summer at the Russian River and decided to move here. 

In addition to her role on the Executive Team at LandPaths, Sheridan has served for over a decade as the facilitator for the Finance/HR Peer Learning Network, a program hosted by the Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership (CVNL).

Sheridan lives in Santa Rosa and enjoys hiking, trail running, gym workouts, reading, coaching her son’s baseball team, and lounging in the sun.  In addition, she loves being a part of the crazy lives of her four kids:  a third grader, ninth grader and two grown children.
