Then Facilities Lead might be just the position for you!
The Facilities Lead oversees and implements the maintenance of infrastructure (buildings, structures, utilities, roads, fences, office) and vehicles to support LandPaths’ educational and community goals. You will apply up-to-date green building practices, technology, and fire-safe materials to develop a mission-oriented approach to facilities maintenance.
You will also represent LandPaths in the field by engaging volunteers, community partners, and contractors in active facilities management.
This position has the potential to train and mentor interns and volunteers.
The ideal Facilities Lead candidate has experience in facilities maintenance and is equally comfortable working along, and as pat of a team, excels in an active work environment, is committed to equitable access to nature, and loves the outdoors. You will report to the Finance and Administration Director, and will work closely with them, and the Exective Director of External Affairs to determine priority infrastructure projects and optimal scheduling for completion.
COMPENSATION
This is a full-time position. 40 hours a week, non-exempt. Salary for this position is $27 per hour. LandPaths’ compensation includes health and dental coverage, retirement savings, and generous paid leave package.
