Cynthia Beutelspacher

Cynthia Beutelspacher (She/Her/Ella) was born in Oaxaca, Mexico. At age 5, she migrated to California with her mother and younger sister. They settled in Santa Rosa, where she grew up. She recognizes the indigenous land of Pomo, Coast Miwok and Wappo now known as Sonoma County her home. 

 Cynthia has been an active member of her community since 2013. When she began working for California Youth Outreach, as a Youth outreach specialist. She had never experienced the outdoors or was shown the beauty and peace it could bring until she was part of some outings with her youth and an amazing collaboration with LandPaths. Where they took them to experience camping at Bohemia Ecological Preserve and kayaking on the Russian River for the first time.  

 Seeing how these first-time experiences brought joy, pride, and growth and changed the perspective of some of the youth from her community inspired Cynthia. She continues to serve the underserved in all communities and collaborate with a wide range and diverse community providers to bring awareness, support, and opportunities to all. 

“Connecting all members of all our communities to wonderful first-time experiences opens the door to possibility and inclusion for all,” says Cynthia.

Cynthia ha sido una miembra activa de su comunidad desde el ano 2013. Cuando ella comenzó trabajando para California Youth Outreach, como especialista en alcance juvenil. Ella nunca se havia expuesto al aire libre o se le habia mostrado la belleza y la paz que podría traer. Cuando ella fue parte de algunas salidas con su groupon de adolesentes y una asombrosa colaboración con Landpaths.Dónde los llevaron a experienciar a campar en la Preserva Ecológica de el bohemio y remar Kayak en el Russian River por la primera vez en sus vidas.   

Ella estaba viendo cómo estas experiencias de primera vez cambió los jovenes y la alegría que les avia traído a la juventud de su comunidad. La Inspiro a continuar a servir a todas las comunidades y colaborar con una amplia gama y diversos proveedores comunitarios para traerconciencia, apoyo, y oportunidades para todos.
